hi arkangel256, yes you'll find the references in other posts. and online. there's a video interview in the us. late 2019. search and you'll find it. fifty one put their par shares in a separate vehicle to get around their mandate requirements i understand. don't worry about the other response. that poster seems to get cranky with anyone who doesn't share his/her view. many have hence blocked that poster.
