You perceptively interpreted the strong resolve implicit in the Cougar ASX
release.

The points were made clearly and in my opinion devastatingly.

Your comments about if/when proceedings are launched should make a large number of people quake in their boots.

Again, if/when proceedings are launched, I hope the entire list of parties outlined by you are included.I would hate to see anybody overlooked!!

If Cougar are not allowed to proceed with their Pilot burn immediately, then the clock and cash register will continue to turn over like a taxi meter, costing them more and more in compensation.

I have a feeling now that we are well and truly on the road back, my optimism has rebounded, lol.

I have no legal expertise, but from a moral and ethical point of view, we are clearly a very badly wronged party.
