I don't - other than that being a verbatim quote made to me during a phone call to FML after I mentioned that I did not not think the offer was fair and equitable and that I was going to contact ASIC to see if the offer could stand in that manner.
I recommend you read the relevant passages in the corporations act in great detail and ensure you understand what can and can't be done.
