Make no mistake...this is a takeover, which notionally values each AVX share at 8.5c. IMO the AVX price will move towards that very quickly, as the PGL price increases to $1.10. Both will stabilise at those prices until the merger vote.

I've stuck by AVX for the last year and lost a buck load of money. I kept hoping....

I think we've been treated like mugs. In significantly discounting the price of AVX shares going into the 'merger' this arrogant company has shown complete disrespect for those of us that have stood by it.

I'm hanging in there only so that I can vote against the 'merger'.
