I think they already have the results they requested(Demanded?).
The way I understand it is that 17/01/11 is the date they will release their response, which will be critical to the resumption of the Pilot burn.

In the longer term, the future of the entire UCG industry in Queensland, is the subject of a review to be released in 2012.

If the January response is positive,it not only has implications for continuation of the Queensland pilot Burn, but will be very positive for the Eneabba JV project in WA.
Not wishing to ramp re the share price in those circumstances,draw your own inference!!!


Another question art AGM related to litigation.
This was played down, not on agenda at moment, but is bieng examined and considered.
I get the feeling that the company is concentrating on their compliance with Government and DERM requirements, and trusting that a fair evaluation of the known and demonstrated FACTS, especially compared with the CSG situation
will show that CXY at Kingaroy is AND HAS NOT been responsible for ANY environmental damage.

Poyndexter made what I believe is a very powerful statement in a recent post of his in this regard, if 17/01/11 is positive, this puts COUGAR ENERGY, in the position of having the worlds' most scrutinized UCG project, and been found to be environmentally benign.
In fact, this is already the case, only it has not yet been accepted and recognized.
