    It is not the stock that is the problem, it is institutions that are systematically pushing it lower.

    Funny how Springcreek JV is pivotial in turning around the sentiment on BND.

    I guess the lower you push the more likely a JV partner will come to light?

    Painful yes, but many small retail holders are saying enough is enough and they bail out. So their plan works a treat.
