    Could anyone assume that the states and LNP were shown a different set of numbers before they agreed to NDIS?
    If NDIS blows out where will states get funding. Labor have locked themselves into a GST increase to fund these plans.
    There up is no funding short of a GST increase.
    Do I read this correctly?
    If so Swan and Wong knew this was on.
