    With 3,299 TRY shares bid for at $1.365 and $1.37 in the 10 minutes pre close why would some just about right on 4.10pm offer 3,300 TRY shares at $1.36, thus getting $1.36 for the lot and ensuring a TRY close of $1.36. Offer 3,299 shares and the price is $1.365.
