Hindsight is a beautiful thing JayBay but not sure why FMG pulled out. May have been FMG with other priorities rather than OBL poor management?

Unfortunately the Perth Court system is not a negotiation, (well I don't hope so) but more but a slow moving, very painful beast. Historical cases and Court statements would clarify that we would have received a ruling by now -- again not Managements fault. Should they stop getting paid -- would you if you had mouths to feed?

Legal fees are very expensive but they are standing up for themselves.

I am as frustrated as anyone with the Share Price but a positive ruling would be a nice lead into the New Year. Then we will have the opportunity to see what Management have been negotiating.

As for the wife analogy. I think Cudeco is trying to say he is not unhappy with his wife(OBL) but more that she is up on blocks at the moment and once she is right you may get to see how hot she really is.
