Just thinking some more about this and the following from the announcement:

"This further process modification may provide the added advantage for asmaller scale start-up SMM project and its future scalability of V, Ti and Feproduction in proportion to prices and demand."

Means we could scale down the plant to produce maybe a quarter or a third of 39,000tpa HPA and also reduce capex. That should put a large dent in the capex which could perhaps be largely funded via debt as has already been done by another HPA stock.

Need to keep thinking this through ...... please do your own thinking and research and post here so we can discuss and then validate after further announcements are made by KRR.
