    Over the GFC I have learnt that the market is often wrong on its assumptions - the main reason MXUPA is not trading close to $90 given the impending redemption/step-up is that the corporate structure is a bit opaque.

    I sleep easy at night knowing the property portfolio behind the MXUPA is of the highest quality with long WALE
