the registration has to do with an amendment to the original FORM 20-F ....
see ITEM 19. EXHIBITS

this item has been noted with a " # ' ....
... meaning it is to be filed by an amendment as set out in the original filing ...
... today's follow up filing ( Date: March 15, 2012 ) is that amendment .
It is basically a summary for future ADR holders and the agreements to be followed and as how the ADR system operates .... an outline ... all for legal clarification purposes / disclaimer / spelling it out...
note that the filing form ends ...
