filibustering

Is that the right word for what RF&B are up to ?
i.e appeal every court decision to the highest court possible, hope to tire your opponent and delay things until wider circumstances have changed, and generally be as bloody minded as possible to create misery and discontent for all concerned (especially us poor shareholders, who thought last year we'd bagged a winner).

My belief is that:
1) Coking coal prices will continue to hold up.
2) The economics of the project remain strong
3) Hamish & Co are made of sterner stuff
