There is an upcoming opportunity on 19 November to have some quality time with IT. I have booked my flights today and hope that others will join me and fill the venue. I want to know:

1) why $100m+ in drilling was committed to without funding (someone earning more than $20k per annum could work out the flaw in this approach)?

2) why after 12 months, has no farm-in partner for Crux been secured? What do "peliminary talks" actually mean?

3) what are IT's achievements during the past 12 months apart from milking another $1.2m in remuneration? How has the Board assessed his performance?

4) what is IT's vision and why he is right man to lead NXS into the future?

5) what takeover offers have been received (recall the rumoured $0.55 takeover offer from Shell) for the company?

The Sp is low because NXS is a Secret Society where very little positive news is disclosed. Perhaps this is strategic but I am starting to think more due to the incompetence at the highest level of management. The assets
appear to be attractive and NXS management is not one of them.
