fill me in please

I expected a lot more chatter after such an announcement, even tho something was expected.

I just want to clarify a few things for myself.

I assume that the IP acquisition is a no brainer, which in turn reinforces the necessity for the SPP to be approved.

Is there any reason why people 'with the mean$ to do so', would not take up the offer? The way i look at it, there is massive dilution coming our way (from around 350M shares to a potential 3 Billion shares) but as far as i can tell it is a necessary evil to get things underway.
The simple fact is that we have no money so this has to be done otherwise its good night.

How many share holders can be expected to take up the full $5k in the offer? ... just opinions would be nice.

Please let me know if there are more major boxes for the ticking before a deal can be done.
