I did say "most" gaps leroy
if the market was open 24/7 then there would be no gaps
if news announcements were released after the commencement of trade then there would also be no gaps (other than the companies with leaky boats during pre-open)
sure some never get filled but there's a very high percentage that do and gap trading has been very kind to me over the years
