How does the share price premium reflect another party making a better offer ? To me, the shares appear to be trading at a discount because effectively the remaining 48% is trading at 26c (158-132). The shares should therefore rally once the life insurance business is split. Also remember that some cash from the deal is remaining within HHG and not returned to shareholders
