Where did you come up with the 52% figure (I am assuming you reckon the life insurance business is worth 52% of total company value). Who made this figure up ?

Osamond has just announced he is adding an extra 45million pounds to his bid. Discussions with Resolution Life have finished. Therefore if Resolution want the life insurance business they will have to bid for the whole company... they may team up with a fund manager to do this.
