Surely CDY would have done its own thorough due diligence on this before making the announcement. Surely? Like, at the very least, the phone calls DB made. LOL hearing back from MH.
Even if CDY’s deal proves to be watertight, but simply some common sense attention to detail (often missing in many things CDY) to establish in advance the status of any existing distributorship and manage the content and timing of the ann to avoid any “anomaly” or making someone look like a goose.
