the company's long term viability depends on AL80 sales contracts. this stuff cannot be dumped as transport/landfill costs are too high therefore it has to be sold.
the filter can produce as much as it likes but if we cannot sell AL80 then we're STUFFED.
so get out your google maps and keep an eye on that slow boat to china. that's where our future lies. i'm betting if that deal comes off it will be north of $150 a tonne.
plus the falling aud will be a big help.
