JonnoH, businesses or employers do provide the 9.25% Super unless you're a public servant then we taxpayers provide both the 9.25% super for each employee and the tax concessions you sook over. So do you want the employers and businesses to stump up your tax concession amounts on top of the 9.25% they mostly can't afford anyway? I think you'll find not too many employees are sacrificing heaps of salary now what with rising household costs or at least where I work in a factory they're not.
