    I must admit, my patience is wearing thin. My emails go unanswered, and my phone calls, unreturned. Their Twitter activity is sporadic at best, resembling random keystrokes more than intentional posts. The website's contact and subscription forms are faulty. And to top it all, the CEO they brought on board last year has exited without a successor in sight. I'll keep an eye on them, but my confidence is waning.
