Yeah they really give you no reason to buy this stock untill the end of FY11.

They admit the year is about closing up some fragmented business, concentrating on where the margins are, lowering R&D and heavily concentrating on reducing cost and simplifing the company.

In a normal year the would be heavily pursing growth, pushing on in the USA, working with the NHS, not this year.

I can't get this off the watchlist because the industry is just gold, think I'll wait to see how goverment spending weighs up in the medium term, and ISF's ability to follow its new short term strategy
