If you don't believe they can swing this then bail maybe take a look at DHR. Not a reccomendation to buy just looks o.k to me.

This is a classic U.S North Korea art of the deal type of setup. Perhaps the negotiations cannot be rushed.... and shareholder bleating/howling does not increase our odds of success

You can't blame management for not exploring other leases. Furthermore if they do go ahead and spend some money doing this it is better not to tell us imo, at least until they find something very significant.

Exploration will be interpreted as an admission of defeat, will be very hard for management to raise funds to fight case if they run short of money. Share price will collapse in this instance.

It has been a good see while, and holder frustrations are understandable.
