Fin Review ad 16/11

So KM put another ad in yesterday's AFR regarding interest in an Enerji recap. Pretty standard - except that the closing date of the EOI's is now tomorrow, brought back from mid-Dec, which was the closing date on the first ad a few weeks back.
Could be one of 2 things I guess (actually could be a lot more than 2, I'm just not smart enough to think of them):
1. there was absolutely no interest in a recap, and/or the secured creditor is pushing to liquidate and get some money back quickly
2. there is a very real proposal on the table, that's a stand out above the usual vultures who try to flip these things as marketable shells - and the proponent has made expediting the creditors approval a condition of the DOCA, or the Admins think it's the best they're likely to see

Assuming it's the second (trying to find a silver lining here before Christmas) you'd have to think it would most likely be an ECM-led group or Stonehouse/Ames with some sort of equity backer, as they'd be the only people who would have had a chance to do enough DD to make the decision to recap?

Anyway it's a theory - we should know more next week after the EOI closes, as KM would then be scheduling a creditors meeting ASAP if there was a viable DOCA on the horizon.
