The most significant comments that I have taken out of the March 29 ann are:-

"commencing discussions with prospective co-venture partners in the next couple of months."

"currently in the process of reviewing co-operative arrangements with one of the many Gladstone LNG projects.."

"was already in discussions with preffered advisors with a view to securing project investment."


I would have thought that these were pretty clear statements. I am reckoning that all of this is taking place right now and that we should be hearing "some" outcomes in the not too distant future, given that we are now 3 months down the track since that ann.

This would also most certainly prevent any employee or director from purchasing shares in the company.
