Just a thought here...If I was Esg management and I was hoping or trying to attract another bidder, I would have dropped the ?small element of noisy share holders? line also. Wouldnt another potential bidder be more pressured to jump in knowing that its very likely that the SOA will go through without resistance from us ?small noisy shareholders??. Or maybe it was just a bit of politics to mindset the IE ?
