Prima facie I'm a no but I want to see the DATA in the IER (not the opinion; in my experience the opinion on valuation is always in-line with what the company paying for the service wants; funny that, I don't know why they call them 'Independent' because by definition they can't be).
Companies should be forced to pay for two reports - one discussing the case for, the other the case against.
