Well said Trader. That is exactly the full picture of the story.
I have said many times before that I have never voted "YES" for any of the resolutions Reason being that I wasn't satisfied with what they were presenting to us and that they were only interested on getting their emoluments and re-election through. To vote in favour of those resolutions, or abstain from doing it, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD CALL APATHY.
If many others would have followed that simple rule, we mightn't be in this position now.
As they say:, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink".
