Having clever lawyers is probably better than having clear lawyers. A lawyer that you could see through probably wouldn't be much chop.

I wouldn't be too worried about Paloma and IP they are a fairly large Japanese company, most likely with their own IP to protect.

Also they will only be getting the finished product ie a completed stack of fuel cells rather than the technology to make the fuel cell.

However China is somewhere that CFU will need to tread carefully.
