This is the correct info in a nut shell to clear up some confusion:-
There is no formal deadline date announced by EXT as yet.
The 18th march date was from a news article and not a formal announcement from the EXT management.
The EXT management are reviewing strategic partnership opportunities and will give companies 2 months from the 5th Feb so the date could possibly be the 5th April if we go by that?
No formal takeover offers have been made.
Anything else is speculation.
