With regards to the prospect of a "15% takeup" by another party, I presume the article is referring to another cornerstone shareholder coming on board. If this is the case, I don't see that shareholding coming cheaply in which case it could produce a SP we have never before seen for EXT.
It will be interesting to see how long they take before they release an announcement about what they are doing. One thing is for sure, they won't have been waiting until all offers are in before perusing them. You can guarantee they will have been categorising them as "maybe" or "reject" along the way.
