An interesting point in the article was the statement that all parties putting a proposal forward had to sign off on a clause with Extract stating that they would make no T/O play until all offers had been received and given due consideration.....or words to that effect.
not sure whether i missed that in any of the previous announcements but if that is a fact then would certainly expalin the lack of activity in the stock over the past few months??
