Rosco any company can put a takeover offer in at any time and EXT would have to announce it.
EXT has NO takeover offers at the moment. Disclosure laws say that they must disclose any change in company activities.
How would EXT police companies and make sure that ALL companies sign a document forcing them to hold off from making any takeover offers until ALL offers are recieved???
That aint gonna happen.
Put plain and simple. If any company has a desire to make an offer they will do it with or without EXT's consent as it could easily be a hostile takeover?
Anyway it is all speculation if and when a takeover offer is made???????????????
