Interesting article in the FIN Review today re Clive Palmers claim on REY tenements and its impact on valuation. The article interviews Crosby MD, Shahzad Ashfaq and this was his quote;

“His company was in discussions with Rey Board on the subject of value but the application by Mr Palmers company, Mineralogy last week had thrown a spanner in the works. At this stage the best thing to say in terms of that is we are working to satisfy ourselves on the merits of the claim and the effects it may have on Reys value”.

What does this tell us.... I would say if Crosby thinks the claim will be unsuccessful, we will see a higher bid coming.
