re: fin review coal article Thanks Genius much appreciated, no figures mentioned except "not much of a premium", well not unless another player is waiting in the wings, probably unlikely given it is apparently a friendly takeover, sounds like the deal is done except for shareholder approval.

By the way does anyone know if the fin review article is a breach of any regulatory law given the deal has not been announced on the ASX, not that I give a damn except that what is good for the goose....
This article constitutes a leaky ship no matter how you look at it so where does the regulator sit.
