Too little to late what a load of rubbish. Billabong never begged them to come and make and offer and go through DD. TPG requested it they are the ones who has messed everyone over recently. Sure Billabong directors and board make a lot of mistakes in terms of spending money at the wrong time, but in this whole debacle it's TPG who's the villain.
