When will people realize TPG don't own a share in BBG!

As I see it they have an option to buy the shares from the instos given certain circumstances - so they have an indirect interest at this stage which is still reportable via substantial shareholder notice.

Don't think TPG will dump shares as they don't yet have them to dump....

Also, why haven't they pulled out yet:

Because they want BBG at the right price, have spent $millions chasing it and know they will need to play every dirty trick in the book to succeed- just what we're seeing...

What amazes me is they and their media have "influenced" they price down to current levels and the market can't see the wood (value) for the trees. You'd even think TPG might be paying a few analysts to have very pessimistic views.

These PE firms are dodgy - refer UTS's article link. Why wouldn't Bain justify their actions? Who knows, they might be sitting back waiting for TPG to do the hard yards and make a move in this game of chess.

My call is that someone will take BBG out in the next 6 months!
