The information you found of the website is portion of the colonial and perennial holdings combined TPG actually don't own any shares directly at this only the right to obtain them should they proceed with a takeover. They obviously don't have the right to control all the shares of these groups but a substantial portion. Since not all of their shares are controlled at the moment it is my understanding colonial or perennial could unload the portion of their shares not tied up in the agreement about 6% combined is not tied up in the deal yet have chosen not to do so.
