Also all....Whats happening to BBG right now is in my view very irrational....

All the original article said was that TPG were “considering” pulling out....not that they had made that decision....

Yet the market has taken it as a formal withdrawl and has gotten spooked about what TPG “may have “potentially seen that sparked this with drawl........holding onto that fear and the market has sold down bbg now further below where it was trading post its dilutive cap raising?

People seem to have forgotten that this is a company that is still forecasting to make around 80m this year ......that this is company that still pulled in 1.4b in sales last fin year and that this is a company that is planning to make ~$200m in 2015......compare that to the current market cap of $471m...?

Everyone knows that this company has been badly managed in the past.....and its other operational issues have already been aired.......thats why its trading this cheap....

and if the TPG had already made their decision to pull out......why are they keeping quiet about it? if in two weeks they make the decision to go ahead......buyers at the current price of 99.5 cents would make a cool 46% return within TWO WEEKS....

Nothing is certain in this market........but to me one thing is .......that TPG have not yet formally stated that they are certainly moving out....yet! And in the case they do so.....we'll still have left a great business to ride up the next cycle....
