This is a high operating margin business (30% to 40% pre tax) so a lot of revenue goes straight to the bottom line.

High operating margin companies that are capable of expanding revenues and maintaining the high operating margins are often priced at a premium by the market (except resources/oilers where a large amount of that profit is needed to make new discoveries).
