you are exactly right apart from the glass half empty conclusion you’ve drawn. If they had not mentioned this to ASX they would’ve been smacked hard. I believe they have told them but the ASX didn’t consider it to be price sensitive. It has happened to BRN before. They’ve been pulled up enough for much less to know what would happen. The glass half full says they disclosed, ASX said not interested, BRN said okay and so onward and upward we go.
