Everything is indicating a large amount of funds are due to come in as a few large sales expected but there has been a lot of little ones in USA also plus Southport etc so could well be over 2 to 2.5 billion gross. What i would like to see that once this is sorted and the banks long term is that a new investment fund started so that Centro can start buying again in the current market. They have proven good management and constant returns for current funds so is possible and would be forecasting very high returns for investors
