    You would have to ask XSTRATA and MMG why they are joining CDU[ the initiator of the project] but one thing I am sure of is they would not have done so without seeing a great deal of merit in the multi purpose/multi user new Cloncurry Rail facility.

    Buddy has still not replied to my question to him viz
