I actually want Nikec to post more, as it gets people thinking and looking for information. It might be 'crap thinking' to the diligent, but for newer investors, having his points addressed indirectly benefits everyone. You become well educated when you learn twice. Once when you are taught, and once when you teach. In this case, once when you do your own DD, and one where you reply to criticisms.

Again, please welcome posters who challenge others. I can't stress enough that people need to GROUND themselves and be realistic and think of all possibilities.

Reading some of the most recent comments since the re-rate has me very concerned as to how dreamy some posters can be. Early comments in THIS thread is a good example.
