    Jesimore,

The world does not stand still, and it certainly wont for COE for 6 months LOL. TPA another 2%, and no barrier until 20, no need for a formal bid until then, then they can bid at a higher price.

As someone already noted earlier today, they have already performed the role of white knight admirably. COE will not be able to push through any changes against the wish of other shareholders as management plus TPA control nearly as many votes, and one could expect them to very quickly catch up on COE while it is frozen in it's 6 month time warp of it's own choosing.

Always better holding a share that others want (eg TPA and COE), even if they are being cheap, reassuring about the value of the underlying assets.

Now that COE have given IPM management the lecture about getting their sp up, perhaps they could turn to a sp closer to their shareholders hearts, one that is trading below cash backing.

Jesimore, for a T3 trader IPM may hold little interest, however investors tend to look at things quite differently. This is not a T3 stock like CVN where the gamblers try to out anticipate each others likely reaction to newsflow. IPM belongs to the more patient.
