Decision today, tomorrow, next week, sometime, there is enough grey in the NOPTA legislation and process to make pinpointing impossible. That being said, Zali Staggall informs us NOTPA handed over to the Joint Authority late September/early October. BPH and BUY statuatory reports confirm this. Angus says projects that meet guidelines will get approved. It wouldn't take this long if NOPTA was a "NO". I have the patience to be here when the decisions drops, whenever that is.
