A lot, if not everything, hinges on whether the put has been executed.
In the case that is has not, then the company has bought themselves 6 months to come up with the funds to pay the put if it is executed in December.
In the mean time with the put out the way, the negotiations will begin in ernest. Organizations can try and take over Quintis without the threat of that put being exercised. So it is quite possible that additional players will appear.the board will also have a stronger bargaining position in the recap discussions.
So I would not be surprised to see the trading halt extended whilst a better deal is thrashed out.
Then again, the put could of been exercised...
