Submissions on the draft roaming decision of May 5 closed on June 2.
It was stated the final decision will be announced "mid year".
I think the share price will hover under $4.50 until the risk is completely removed re roaming access.
Personally I can't see a change to the draft decision of May 5 but I guess there is some risk until it is confirmed. Probably only a few weeks to go before final decision. Maybe some good buying opportunities in the meantime.
