if the decision tomorrow is 'delay', then it strongly implies that the ACCC thinks that TPG has grounds for an appeal.
ps- this is the game changer for TLS tomorrow -a sink or swim scenario.
then again, the Titanic had a choice and bad decisions made it sink into oblivion regardless.
